I encountered 3 separate issues trying to run GTA IV on Windows 8.1 1. Game wouldn't load at all after clicking Play within Social Club 2. Game get stuck with a black screen
Boards. Grand Theft Auto IV. Phone is stuck on multiplayer? XMorbius 15 years ago #1. Quick and to the point: I can bring the phone up by pressing up. Pressing up again doesn't bring up the pad though, the phone just beeps. It says multiplayer on the screen, and multiplayer options are available. I can't get to the full dial pad though.
As the title says, game launches, shows up the disclaimer message and then stays like that forever. I've tried running in compatibility mode, but it didn't do anything T_T any help would be appreciated :)
Thanks for your help but the problem the i don't even get into the game + in the options menu it tells me that it takes 240 mbs out of 450 mbs in the resources i set everything to low graphics and still nothing helps tried patching and everything.
i really found a fix that works 100% !!!!! (at least when you playing with a controller :)) just disconnect all your mouse devices and BAMM problems gone.
I got a problem. I downgraded my GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 so I can use LCPDFR however after downgrading the game gets stuck on the characters loading screen. Before on the latest update the game worked just fine and now it doesnt. (btw it doesnt have any mod installed)
